Design your card before you sign up

Getting started

Build your card on our website first, then create your account or log in: the card arrives as a Loyalty Program, pictures and all.

Design your Card on our website lets you build a loyalty card before you have an account: your business name, the stamps, the reward, the colours, a logo and a background. When it looks right, press Activate My Card. Creating your account is what turns that design into a real Loyalty Program, with its enrolment link and QR code ready to use.

What happens when you activate

  1. Press Activate My Card. Your design is saved as a draft and you are taken to create your account.
  2. Create your account with an email and password, or with Google or Apple. If you already have an account, log in instead.
  3. Confirm your email if you signed up with a password. Opening the confirmation link finishes your account and brings your card with it.
  4. You land on your new Loyalty Program. The card you designed is its Card Design, and the Overview holds your enrolment link and QR code. If you finished signing in on a different device from the one you designed on, you are shown the card first and press Add this Loyalty Program once.

If your account is brand new, the business name, colour, logo and business type from your card fill in your account details, so you do not type them again. Anything you want different is under Settings.

Confirming later, or on another device

Your draft is kept for 14 days from the last change you made to it. You can confirm your email days later, and you can open the confirmation link on a different phone or computer: it still finds the card you designed. On a device that did not start the sign-up, you will be asked for the password you chose first, and then to press Add this Loyalty Program, so that nobody can add a card to your account by sending you a link.

If you already have an account

Activating a designed card while you are logged in, or logging in after pressing Activate My Card, adds the card to your account as one more Loyalty Program. Nothing you already have changes: your existing Programs, your business name, your colour and your logo all stay exactly as they were. The new Program keeps the colour you designed as its own. A logo you added to the card is used only when your account has no Loyalty Program yet; an account that already runs one keeps the logo it has.

Adding a Loyalty Program needs Administrator access. A Team Member who activates a card is told so, and the draft is kept so an Administrator can activate it from the same browser.

Your pictures

A logo or background you uploaded while designing is copied into your account when the card is activated, so it stays with your Program for as long as you want it. A background chosen from the ready-made gallery is set up on the Program exactly as if you had picked it under Card Design.

If the card did not arrive

  • A draft is kept for 14 days from the last change. After that it is gone, and you will see a page saying there is no saved card to bring over. Design the card again, or set it up directly under Loyalty Programs.
  • If your account already runs as many Loyalty Programs as it can, the card waits. Disable a Program you no longer use, then press Try again on the page that told you.
  • If your account cannot add a Loyalty Program just now because of its plan, the card waits too. Sort that out under Account, then Billing, and press Try again.
  • If something went wrong while your pictures were being copied, your account is still ready and nothing is lost. Press Try again; the card and its pictures come across on the next attempt.
  • Each designed card becomes one Loyalty Program, once. Refreshing the page or opening the confirmation link twice does not make a second one. Pressing Activate My Card again on a new design makes another Program, as you would expect.

Still stuck?

If none of this covers it, send us a message and a person will reply. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually sort it in one message.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

Optional. Handy if it is quicker to talk it through.

A few words, such as: stamps not showing on a card.

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
