Choose a ready-made background

Card design

Put a picture behind the stamps without having one of your own. LoyalPack ships a gallery of them.

  1. Open Loyalty Programs, choose your Program, and go to the Card Design tab.
  2. Scroll to the Background section and choose Choose from library.
  3. Pick a picture from the Image gallery, or type in the search box to narrow it down by name, colour or style.
  4. Choose Use this background.
  5. Choose Save Card Design.

Until you save, the page says "Library image selected. Save to apply it." Nothing reaches a customer card before that.

What you are choosing from

Every picture in the gallery is cleared for use on your cards, and the set grows. If you have set a Business Type under Account, then Details, the ones that suit your trade are shown first. Searching looks at the whole gallery either way, so nothing is ever hidden from you.

Keeping the stamps readable

A picture sits behind the marks, so a busy one can make them hard to count. The Overlay slider appears once the card has a picture: left darkens it, right lightens it, and the middle leaves it alone. Watch the preview while you move it.

Cards opened in a browser show a new background straight away. A pass already in a customer wallet picks it up the next time that card is stamped or a reward is spent.
