Somebody at LoyalPack has built a preview of the loyalty card your business could have, and given you a private link to it. The link might be printed on a sticker, in an email, or sent to you in a message. Opening it shows you one page: your own business name and colours on a card, and what it would look like in a customer’s phone.
It is a preview, and nothing more
- No account has been created for you, and nothing has been set up in your name.
- Nobody has been charged anything, and there is nothing to cancel.
- The page is not listed anywhere and is not indexed by search engines. Only somebody with the link can open it.
- No card has been issued to any of your customers, and nothing has been added to anybody’s wallet.
The link is private but it is not a password. Treat it like an unlisted address: anybody you forward it to can open the same page.
If you want the card
The page has a Claim button. Claiming turns the preview into a real Loyalty Program on your own LoyalPack account, with the business name, colour and reward already filled in. You are asked to confirm before anything is created, and you can change every part of it afterwards.
- Create your account to try LoyalPack free, or sign in if you already have one.
- Open the link again and press Claim.
- Tick the confirmation and press the button. The card is yours.
If you already run a Loyalty Program, claiming adds a new one beside it. It does not replace what you have, and it does not change your business name, your colour or your logo. If your account is brand new and has none of those yet, the card’s name and colour are used to fill them in, and you can edit them under Settings, then Brand.
A demo can only be claimed once, whichever link is used. If somebody sent the same demo to two of you, the first person to claim it gets it.
If you do not want it
Do nothing. Nothing happens on its own, no reminder is sent, and the link simply stops working when we archive the demo. If the link came by email and you would rather not hear from us again, the message has a line at the bottom that stops it: follow it, confirm, and that is the end of it. You do not need an account to do that.
You can also reply to the email itself. It comes straight back to the person who wrote to you, not to a no-reply address.
If the link does not work
- “This link has been withdrawn” means it was switched off on purpose. Ask whoever sent it for a new one.
- “This link has been replaced” means a newer one was issued, usually because a sticker was reprinted. Ask for the current link.
- “This sticker is not set up yet” means the sticker has been printed but not attached to anything yet.
- If it takes you to a page about joining a loyalty card, the demo has already been claimed, and that page is the card it became.
If you are not sure the message is really from us, do not use the link. Write to us at the support address on this site instead, and we will tell you whether it is ours.
