Once, at the start
- Set up a Loyalty Program: how many stamps it takes and what the reward is.
- Put your business name, logo and colour in once, under Settings, then Brand. Every card uses them.
- Print the Counter Sign LoyalPack generates and put it where a paying customer can see it.
Then, every day
- A customer buys something and shows you the card on their phone.
- You open LoyalPack App, point it at their code, and tap Award stamp.
- When the card is full, they get the option to spend the reward or bank it for later.
That is the whole job. It takes a couple of seconds, and most people leave the counter app open on a phone or tablet through a shift rather than opening it each time.
What you can see
Reports opens on Overview: one graph of your whole account, day by day, with tick boxes for stamps, rewards earned and rewards spent, and a choice of the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Where you run more than one Program, or trade at more than one place, there are dropdowns to narrow it to one of them.
The other Reports tab, Audit Log, is the record of everything that has happened across the account, newest first: every stamp and every reward with who was signed in at the time, plus wallet updates and messages. Filter it, search it and sort it however you like, then Export CSV hands you exactly those rows as a spreadsheet: everything your filters and dates select, not just the page on screen, for doing your own sums with. Your Program page shows the headline numbers at a glance.
Customer Cards lists every loyalty card issued, with the stamps, the rewards earned and the rewards spent on each one counted from the day it started, and clicking a row opens that card: the details, the picture of the card itself, and its own Audit Log. It is also the one place in the web admin where you can award stamps remotely, for a customer at the counter without their card to hand.
Anyone serving customers can be given the scanner without being given your reports, your billing or your settings. See Invite a team member.
