LoyalPack is the paper stamp card you already know, kept in your customers’ phones instead of their wallets. They collect stamps for visits or purchases, and when the card is full they get the reward you decided on.
What it replaces
A cardboard card and a rubber stamp. The difference is that a phone does not get lost at the bottom of a bag, the count cannot be argued about, and you can see how many people are collecting.
What you need
- A printed QR code on your counter. LoyalPack makes it for you.
- A phone or tablet with a camera, to scan a customer card. The one in your pocket is fine.
- Nothing else. No terminal, no card reader, no separate till system.
What your customers need
A phone, and whatever you choose to ask them for. There is no app to download and no password to invent: they scan your code, fill in the short form, and the card is theirs. You decide what that form asks: a first name, an email address, both, or nothing at all, in which case joining is a single tap.
The Free plan has every feature and up to 25 customers, which is enough to try it properly before paying for anything.
