Change your password

Account and billing

How to set a new one, and the one thing about your login you cannot change yourself.

  1. Go to Account, then Security.
  2. Fill in the Password block.
  3. Save. We email you to confirm it changed, which is how you would find out if somebody else did it.

The page checks the new password as you type and tells you what it still needs, so you do not have to guess the rules. If you have not signed in for a while it may ask you to confirm it is you first.

If you cannot remember the old one

Sign out and use Forgot your password? on the login page instead. You get a six-digit code by email and set a new password from there.

Your login email

You can change the address you sign in with from the same page, under Your login email. Type the new address and we email a six-digit code to it; enter the code and the change is made. Nothing changes until the code is entered, and the new address has to be one nobody else uses on LoyalPack.

After the change, password reset codes and security notices go to the new address, and your other devices are signed out. Google or Apple sign-in stays connected, and your customers, Programs and team are untouched.

Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Then your login email is an Apple relay address that Apple forwards only while it keeps forwarding for LoyalPack, which we cannot see or control. Change it to an address you check, so a password reset can always reach you.

Changing your password signs out every other device. That is the quickest way to end a session on a phone you no longer have.

Still stuck?

If none of this covers it, send us a message and a person will reply. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually sort it in one message.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

Optional. Handy if it is quicker to talk it through.

A few words, such as: stamps not showing on a card.

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
