Cancel your subscription

Account and billing

How to stop paying, when it takes effect, and exactly what you keep.

  1. Go to Account, then Billing.
  2. Choose Manage subscription with Stripe.
  3. Cancel from the portal that opens.

When it takes effect

At the end of the period you have already paid for, not straight away. Until then the badge on your Billing page says the subscription cancels at the end of the period, and everything keeps working exactly as it does now.

We email the account owner to confirm the date Pro ends and what the Free plan will mean for your account. If you change your mind and renew from the Stripe portal before then, we email to confirm that Pro carries on.

What happens then

You go back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your customers, their stamps, their rewards and the cards in their wallets all stay exactly as they are.

The one thing that changes is the customer limit: the Free plan includes twenty-five customers. Everything else stays as it is, because both plans have every feature, the same ten Loyalty Programs and the same ten account users. If you are over the customer limit when you land there, the seven days past the limit count from the day your twenty-sixth customer joined, which for most accounts is long past: new sign-ups, the scanner and messages to your customers then stop until you upgrade again, and the Billing page tells you so. Still nothing is deleted.

Coming back

The Billing page offers to resubscribe, and everything you had returns with it. You do not set anything up twice.

Cancelling is not the same as closing your account. If you want your business removed from LoyalPack entirely, email us and say so.

Still stuck?

If none of this covers it, send us a message and a person will reply. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually sort it in one message.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

Optional. Handy if it is quicker to talk it through.

A few words, such as: stamps not showing on a card.

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
