Troubleshooting

Work through these in order. Most of the time it is the email address rather than the password.

Check the email address first

Use the address the account was opened with. A second address of yours, or the one a colleague used, is a different account as far as LoyalPack is concerned, and it will not tell you which is which.

If you opened the account with Google or Apple

Use the Login with Google or Login with Apple button rather than typing a password, and pick the same Google or Apple account you signed up with. There is no LoyalPack password on an account opened that way until you set one, so a password that does not work may simply never have existed. The same two buttons are on the counter app, and they sign you in there the same way. On an iPhone or iPad the Apple button opens Apple's own sign-in sheet inside the app rather than a browser, and it reaches the same account.

Get in without the password

On the login page, open "Prefer a one-time sign-in link?" and put your address in. We email you a link that signs you in without a password. It works once and expires after fifteen minutes, so use it on the device you want to be signed in on.

Or reset it

Choose "Forgot your password?". You get a six-digit code by email, you type it in, and then you set a new password. The page checks the new one as you type and tells you what it still needs.

If it says you have tried too many times

There is a limit on how often one address can be tried in a quarter of an hour, which is there to stop somebody guessing at your account. Wait fifteen minutes and try again, or use the sign-in link instead.

If none of that works, email us from the address you think the account is under. That is the fastest thing you can give us to go on.

Still stuck?

If none of this covers it, send us a message and a person will reply. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually sort it in one message.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

Optional. Handy if it is quicker to talk it through.

A few words, such as: stamps not showing on a card.

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
