This one only comes up if you run more than one Loyalty Program, and it looks worse than it is.
What is happening
LoyalPack App puts one Program name near the top, and it is always the oldest one you still have running. It is a label on the screen, not a setting, and it does not decide anything.
The card decides. Every card belongs to the Program it was created under, and scanning it stamps that Program whatever the heading says. You never choose a Program before scanning, and you cannot stamp the wrong one by having the wrong name on screen.
How to be sure
Once it has read a card it shows you the customer and their count for the Program that card belongs to. If that is the customer and the number you expected, the right Program was stamped.
If a stamp really did land on the wrong Program
That would mean the customer holds a card for that Program, which happens if they signed up through the wrong QR code. Stamps cannot be moved between cards, so the fix is to get them signed up to the right one and stamp that from now on.
Under Reports, the Audit Log shows which Program each stamp went to, which is the quickest way to check what actually happened.
