LoyalPack App runs on anything with a browser and a camera, so any phone or tablet behind the counter can be a stamping station. There is no limit on how many you use at once.
The quick way
Sign in on each device and leave LoyalPack App open. The same login works on several devices at the same time, so a second till does not knock the first one out.
On a phone or tablet it is worth choosing Install app to put it on the home screen. It then opens full screen in one tap, which is what stops staff hunting for a tab mid-queue.
The better way, if you can
Give each person their own login instead of sharing one. Under Account, then Users, invite them as a Team Member: they get the counter and nothing else, no reports, no billing and no settings.
- Every stamp is recorded against whoever was signed in, so the Audit Log becomes worth reading.
- When somebody leaves, you remove one login rather than changing a password everybody knows.
Free and Pro both include up to ten account users, you included, and a pending invitation counts towards that until it is accepted, revoked or runs out.
